rew out painting 1. It is 8ft tall. It has a billboard effect. I drew it out once I drew out the second painting onto paper.
I had ideas of falling and the void. Upside down. Trying to put meaning in.
But it just feels more puzzling.
Yes symbolic. But taking it away from the duality idea and the conversation between the paintings. it was unsuccessful.

The reaching hand is so enlarged to give it a feeling of depth and perspective.that it needs to look correct.

The second draft was more successful. I will be happy to proceed with the painting. At the moment there is time to digest and reflect the on the image before I start to paint in canvas
