I’ve started to sketch out the second painting. I also projected my image onto the large 6 × 8 foot canvas. I can see instantly that the mirror image size will work.
I’m also playing around with ideas about the hole in the canvas. Placing a black hole behind it; Leaving it empty; Placing an image that can be seen behind it; having a light shining through. Making that he football hole? Putting a football in the hole. There are many different ways to go.
